Vegetarian Sandwich - Panito

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 sandwich from about 90 g (I used half white baguette Panito)
  • 3-4 slices of grilled eggplant
  • 30 g of soft cheese
  • 1 tablespoon black olive paté
  • A few leaves of salad (lettuce or lettuce)
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. To prepare the vegetarian sandwich first open the bread in half and heat for 5-10 minutes in the oven or toaster. Spread the soft cheese and then on one of his half and the olive paste over the other.
  2. Put a few leaves of salad on top of the soft cheese, then arrange the slices of eggplant over it . Cover with the other half of the sandwich, pressing slightly to compact the ingredients.
  3. Enjoy your vegetarian sandwich during your lunch break or for a light meal and fast.
  4. Note: If the grilled eggplants are well seasoned there is no need to add anything else, otherwise season the salad with a pinch of salt and a little oil. Once prepared, the vegetarian sandwich should be stored in the refrigerator or in a cooler, especially in the warmer months.
