INGREDIENTS
- - Seaweed Hijiki
- - 5 cloves of garlic
- - Shoyu Probios q.b.
- - 2 Chillies
- - 1 bunch parsley
- - Lemon juice Bio
- - Extra virgin olive oil Probios q.b.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil the seaweed for 10 minutes after it has at least soaked for 5 hours, drain and place in a blender together with the parsley, garlic and pepper. When we obtain a uniform cream add the lemon, the shoyu and olive oil until covered. Let it sit for a few hours before serving with roasted croutons and vegetables crudités.
