INGREDIENTS
- -1 clove of garlic
- -4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- -2 carrots
- -1 tablespoon pinenuts
- - salt
- -2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- -4 tablespoons yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Sautè 1 clove of minced garlic with 3-4 tablespoons olive oil, add 2 sliced carrots and 1 tablespoon pinenuts, add salt and cook for 15 minutes with some water, finally process them with 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds and 4 tablespoons yogurt.
