Ginger and Avocado Sauce


INGREDIENTS
  • - 2 ripe avocados
  • - lemon
  • - clove garlic
  • - chopped walnuts
  • - grated fresh ginger
  • - whole salt
  • - 125 grams of soy yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Peel and pit avocados. Mash the pulp with a fork and sprinkle it immediately with the filtered juice of the lemon to prevent tarnish. Add the crushed garlic and grated ginger. Finally gently incorporated yogurt and salt. To speed up you can put everything in a blender.
