Homemade Vegetable Stock Cube (raw)


INGREDIENTS
  • - 3 handfuls of coarse sea salt
  • - 1 onion
  • - 1 carrot
  • - 1 stalk of celery
  • - 1 bunch of parsley
  • - 1 clove of garlic
  • - 1 green leek
  • - 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • - 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Put in a blender all ingredients except salt and turmeric.
  2. Finely chop the vegetables and pour in a large glass jar, combine the salt and turmeric and mix well.
  3. It keeps well in the refrigerator and just a teaspoon per half liter of broth.
  4. You can use it as a flavor enhancer for sauces or fish.
