
INGREDIENTS
- - 3 handfuls of coarse sea salt
- - 1 onion
- - 1 carrot
- - 1 stalk of celery
- - 1 bunch of parsley
- - 1 clove of garlic
- - 1 green leek
- - 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- - 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put in a blender all ingredients except salt and turmeric.
- Finely chop the vegetables and pour in a large glass jar, combine the salt and turmeric and mix well.
- It keeps well in the refrigerator and just a teaspoon per half liter of broth.
- You can use it as a flavor enhancer for sauces or fish.
