
INGREDIENTS
- - 1/2 cup of vegetable milk (soy or oats or spelled)
- - 1.5 cups of sunflower oil or corn bio
- - 1 tip of a teaspoon of turmeric
- - 2 pinches of pepper
- - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- - Sea salt q.b.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a tall, narrow container and with an immersion blender emulsify the sauce until the desired consistency.
- A pleasure to flavor the sauce with chopped fresh herbs (chives, parsley, tarragon, etc ...).
