INGREDIENTS
- - ½ teaspoon anise
- -50g black olives
- -2 tablespoons parsley
- -4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- -125ml yogurt
- -a pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Crush the anise seeds, mince 50g Kalamata black olives with 2 tablespoons parsley leaves. Combine everything and add 3-4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 125ml yogurt and a pinch of salt.
