Onion and Coriander Spread

INGREDIENTS
  • - oil
  • - 1 red onion
  • - 1 teaspoon coriander
  • - 1 chili pepper
  • - 1 celery leaf
  • - 125 yogurt
  • - salt
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Sauté the sliced onion for 15 minutes with some oil, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds and 1 minced chili pepper.
  2. Let it cool down, add 1 tablespoon minced celery leaves and 125 ml yogurt, blend to combine and add salt to taste.
