INGREDIENTS
- - 125 ml of plain yogurt
- - 100 g of walnuts
- - 100 g of pine nuts
- - 1 tablespoon of wheat flour type 00
- - 2 teaspoons of thyme
- - 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
- - 1 teaspoon paprika
- - 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- - salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a saucepan, over low heat, mix the flour in the oil, add the chopped walnuts and pine nuts.
- When they are golden, add the parsley, thyme and savory. Complete with yogurt and paprika, stirring well all
