Sauce with Pine Nuts and Walnuts

INGREDIENTS
  • - 125 ml of plain yogurt
  • - 100 g of walnuts
  • - 100 g of pine nuts
  • - 1 tablespoon of wheat flour type 00
  • - 2 teaspoons of thyme
  • - 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
  • - 1 teaspoon paprika
  • - 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • - salt
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a saucepan, over low heat, mix the flour in the oil, add the chopped walnuts and pine nuts.
  2. When they are golden, add the parsley, thyme and savory. Complete with yogurt and paprika, stirring well all
