Sauce with Ricotta and Chives

INGREDIENTS
  • - 5 tablespoons of ricotta
  • - milk
  • - 1 tablespoon chives
  • - 1 freshly ground white pepper
  • - salt
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix and dissolve, with a fork, 5 tablespoons of cottage cheese and whole milk necessary to make it very creamy and soft. Add 1 tablespoon of chopped chives, 1 pinch of white pepper and salt
