INGREDIENTS
- -150 g of tofu
- -200 g of mixed pickles
- -the juice of 1/2 lemon
- -water and salt q.b.
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Blanch in boiling water pickles till they lose part of their vinegary taste. Meanwhile boil the tofu in a little salted water. <
- 2 Drain the pickles and make a mince. Then blend the tofu with a little of its cooking water.
- 3 Add the chopped pickles to the cream of tofu; dress with lemon juice and salt. Mix evenly and serve.
