INGREDIENTS
- 750 g Brussels sprouts
- 90 g peeled peanuts
- 90 g peeled almonds
- 6 slices of wholemeal bread
- soy cream q.s.
- extra virgin olive oil q.s.
- salt q.s.
- pepper q.s.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash the Brussels sprouts, cut in half and poach them in a saucepan with salted water for 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, pour the almonds, peanuts, wholemeal bread into the jug of the mixer and blend intermittently to make a coarse breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oven to 180°C, drain the sprouts, let them cool a few minutes, then place them in a greased oven dish, season with 2 or 3 tablespoons soy cream, pepper, sprinkle with the sweet breadcrumbs and let them brown under the grill function in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove them and serve them immediately.
