
INSTRUCTIONS
- Clean the broccoli also including the leaves and stems, removing the more leatherly outside; Cut the vegetables into thin slices. Bring to boil a pot of water, add a little salt and cook in an uncovered pot for a few minutes, the various parts of the broccoli, until they are slightly al dente and bright green.
- Prepare the dressing by dissolving the tahini with a little of the broccoli cooking water. Add the miso, mustard and mix thoroughly.
Serve the vegetables with the sauce.
