INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the onions, wash and cut into 4 pieces
- Arrange them close enough, in a rectangular pan, non-stick, lightly oiled
- Prepare an emulsion with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, 5 tablespoons of water and pour it over the onions
- Salt lightly. Bake at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes, until the onions are soft. If they get too brown cover with aluminum foil
