INGREDIENTS
- - 1 head of lettuce
- - 1 avocado
- - 1 daikon
- - 1 grapefruit
- - 1 lemon
- - extravirgin olive oil
- - Balsamic vinegar
- - salt
- - pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Browse the lettuce carefully trying not to break the leaves, they will be the container for the salad. Wash them well and let to dry on a towel.
- Peel the avocado and cut the flesh into cubes, then mix them in a bowl immediately with the lemon juice, grapefruit juice and a tablespoon of oil.Than peel the daikon and slice it thin enough.
- Arrange the lettuce leaves on dishes and distribute in each of of them some cubes of avocado and some washer of daikon.
- Sprinkle with the sauce left in the bowl, then add salt and pepper lightly. A few drops of balsamic vinegar, for those who like, they suit not bad at all.
