Salad with Avocado, Lettuce and Daikon

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Browse the lettuce carefully trying not to break the leaves, they will be the container for the salad. Wash them well and let to dry on a towel.
  2. Peel the avocado and cut the flesh into cubes, then mix them in a bowl immediately with the lemon juice, grapefruit juice and a tablespoon of oil.Than peel the daikon and slice it thin enough.
  3. Arrange the lettuce leaves on dishes and distribute in each of of them some cubes of avocado and some washer of daikon.
  4. Sprinkle with the sauce left in the bowl, then add salt and pepper lightly. A few drops of balsamic vinegar, for those who like, they suit not bad at all.
