Tofu Sauce of Pickles

  • -150 g of tofu
  • -200 g of mixed pickles
  • -the juice of 1/2 lemon
  • -water and salt q.b.
  1. Blanch in boiling water pickles till they lose part of their vinegary taste. Meanwhile boil the tofu in a little salted water. Drain the pickles and make a mince. Then blend the tofu with a little of its cooking water. Add the chopped pickles to the cream of tofu; dress with lemon juice and salt. Mix evenly and serve.
