INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the tomatoes into thin slices widthwise, salt and set aside.
- Cut the bread into slices of thickness and dimensions similar to those of the tomatoes. Sprinkle with a little salt and put to roast in the oven at 200 ° C for a few minutes.
- Chop very fine the onion, then mix it in a bowl with the chopped olives, peeled lemon and cutted to pieces, olive oil, vinegar and a pinch of oregano and salt.
- Put the pastry directly into the dishes alternating slices of tomato, onion sauce and slices of toasted bread. Finish by sprinkling all over crumbled baked ricotta cheese.
