Black-Eyed Oriental Peas

  1. Cook the beans in water with a little salt and a bay leaf until they are tender. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Peel, private from the inner part and cut the onion.
  3. Halve the peppers, eliminiate the seeds and the white parts, wash and cut into pieces.
  4. The seeds and cut the end of the chili.
  5. Peel the garlic and cut into strips without the soul in the middle.
  6. In a frying pan with a little oil fry the onion and bell pepper.
  7. Add the red pepper, a bit of curry and half a teaspoon of ginger powder.
  8. Cook on medium heat for five minutes.
  9. Add the beans in a pan and a tablespoon of soy sauce.
  10. Stir, season with salt and cook for two more minutes and serve, enjoy!
