INGREDIENTS
- - 400 g of black-eyed peas Italian Probios
- - 1 onion
- - 2 cloves of garlic
- - 1 red bell pepper
- - 1 green chilli
- - A pinch of curry
- - ½ teaspoon of ginger powder
- - Bay leaves
- - 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce Probios
- - Extra virgin olive oil Il Nutrimento q.b.
- - Sea salt whole of Trapani
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the beans in water with a little salt and a bay leaf until they are tender. Drain and keep aside.
- Peel, private from the inner part and cut the onion.
- Halve the peppers, eliminiate the seeds and the white parts, wash and cut into pieces.
- The seeds and cut the end of the chili.
- Peel the garlic and cut into strips without the soul in the middle.
- In a frying pan with a little oil fry the onion and bell pepper.
- Add the red pepper, a bit of curry and half a teaspoon of ginger powder.
- Cook on medium heat for five minutes.
- Add the beans in a pan and a tablespoon of soy sauce.
- Stir, season with salt and cook for two more minutes and serve, enjoy!
