Black-Eyed Oriental Peas

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cook the beans in water with a little salt and a bay leaf until they are tender. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Peel, private from the inner part and cut the onion.
  3. Halve the peppers, eliminiate the seeds and the white parts, wash and cut into pieces.
  4. The seeds and cut the end of the chili.
