Cous Cous with Peas

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Put the couscous in a bowl and pour 2 dl of boiling water. Cover and let stand for 3 minutes.
  2. Cook the peas for 2 minutes in salted water.
  3. Clean the broccoli and cut into thin slices. Crumble the tofu.
  4. Add the broccoli and peas to the couscous and add also the mint also washed, buffered with a paper towel and cut into strips.
  5. Add the tofu, olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
