
INGREDIENTS
- - 300g Millet by Probios previously cooked and left to rest for a few hours
- - 2 carrots
- - 2 onions
- - 50g sunflower seeds Probios
- - 1/2 can of peas Il Nutrimento
- - Parsley q.b.
- - Kuzu Probios
- - shoyu Probios
- - Olive Oil Probios q.b.
- - Breadcrumbs q.b.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fry the onions and carrots cut very finely with the sunflower seeds in a pan. Add at the end of cooking the peas and finally saute the shoyu continuing for a moment. Form the dough of the croquettes by mixing millet, freshly prepared vegetables, parsley and kuzu previously dissolved in cold water. Give the desired shape to croquettes and rollthem in breadcrumbs.
- For cooking you can choose to fry in seed oil Probios. Or for cooking a little 'lighter“, place them in a pan with a little olive oil Probios in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Add the fresh ginger and serve hot.
