- -50 g of grated pecorino cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the onion into thin strips and the pumpkin into small pieces.
- Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan, add first the onion and brown it briefly, then the pumpkin.
- Add salt and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, until the pumpkin will be undone.
- Whisk the mixture and let it cool.
Add the lightly beaten eggs, grated cheese and chopped walnuts.
Mix well. - Grease the casserole with a little oil and pour in the mixture.
