Raw Bulgur - Base Recipe

  1. Place the bulgur to soak in warm water or cold water in order to submerge it immediately without exceeding the level of the grain for at least an hour.
  2. Combine sliced raw vegetables such as carrots, zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, with salt, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and garnish it with herbs, with oilseeds or raw seeds, let it flavor mixing properly for at least another 2 hours so that the corn becomes more tender and takes on flavor.
  3. The preparation can also be made in the evening for the next day. Eat it cold or at room temperature as a main dish or use it as a filling for stuffed vegetables or tasty meatballs.
