Rice Congee - Chinese Dietetics


INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. CONGEE BASIC
    Boil 1 part of brown rice (a grain round) in 6-10 parts water for very long, even 2-3 hours (in a pressure cooker times are halved). If necessary, add water during the cooking process.
  2. CONGEE CAKE WITH RED FRUITS
    - 2 cups of rice congee
    - 4 tablespoons of raisins
    - 1 cup of red berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, strawberries, mulberries, red cherries)
    - 2 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts
    Heat in a saucepan the congee with raisins and red fruits, cook for two minutes. Serve with hazelnuts.
