INGREDIENTS
- - 320g of spelt linguine
- - 2 pears
- - 50g of pine nuts
- - 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- - extra virgin olive oil
- - salt
- - pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the pears, remove the seeds and then cut them into small cubes. Place them in a bowl and season with a pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper, a tablespoon of olive oil and pine nuts.
- Cook the linguine al dente in salted water, then drain not too dry directly into the bowl.
- Stir the paste with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil with grated cheese, adding a little water if necessary cooking for a creamier result. Serve immediately.
