Spelt Linguine with Pears and Pine Nuts

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Peel the pears, remove the seeds and then cut them into small cubes. Place them in a bowl and season with a pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper, a tablespoon of olive oil and pine nuts.
  2. Cook the linguine al dente in salted water, then drain not too dry directly into the bowl.
  3. Stir the paste with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil with grated cheese, adding a little water if necessary cooking for a creamier result. Serve immediately.
