INGREDIENTS
- 100 g soy yogurt to natural
- 100 gr sesame cream Probios
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 1 stick of celery
- 1/2 cauliflower topped
- broth vegatele q.b.
- Lemon oil Il Nutrimento q.b.
- Salt integral marine and pepper q.b.
- Zest
- herbs
INSTRUCTIONS
- Clean, wash and dice the vegetables, then cook in a saucepan with a little olive oil and broth to cover them for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, lengthen the sesame cream with the juice of a lemon and a dash of fresh water, keep aside.
- When the vegetables are cooked, serve on a plate pouring the sesame cream and garnish with a spoonful of yogurt seasoned with salt and pepper. Finish with a dribble of oil.
