Vegetable Risotto with Sesame Seeds - Healthy Recipes 2013

  1. Clean, wash and dice the vegetables, then cook in a saucepan with a little olive oil and broth to cover them for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, lengthen the sesame cream with the juice of a lemon and a dash of fresh water, keep aside.
  3. When the vegetables are cooked, serve on a plate pouring the sesame cream and garnish with a spoonful of yogurt seasoned with salt and pepper. Finish with a dribble of oil.
