INGREDIENTS
- - 1 slice savoy cabbage
- - 1 slice red cabbage
- - 1 Granny Smith apple
- - 1 sprig or rocket
- - 1 celery stalk
- - 50g valeriana salad
- - 8 walnuts
- - 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
- - 1 tablespoon pomegranate juice
- - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- - 2 tablespoons Mixed Seeds HARMONY
- - Salt
- - Extra virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- First, rinse and dry the veggies.
- Thinly slice the purple and Savoy cabbage, add the valeriana salad, removing the roots.
Add the rocket. If it’s small, do not chop it; if the leaves are big instead, you can thinly slice it. - Thinly chop the celery, slice the apple and remove the pit, then cover it with lemon juice to avoid oxidation and combine it to the rest of the ingredients.
- In the end, add the mixed seeds with quinoa, the crushed walnuts and the pomegranate seeds.
- To a side, melt a pinch of salt in the pomegranate juice, then combine it to the extra virgin olive oil. Season the salad and serve it with some rye bread.
