Winter Salad with Mixes Seeds with Quinoa

  1. First, rinse and dry the veggies.
  2. Thinly slice the purple and Savoy cabbage, add the valeriana salad, removing the roots.
    Add the rocket. If it’s small, do not chop it; if the leaves are big instead, you can thinly slice it.
  3. Thinly chop the celery, slice the apple and remove the pit, then cover it with lemon juice to avoid oxidation and combine it to the rest of the ingredients.
  4. In the end, add the mixed seeds with quinoa, the crushed walnuts and the pomegranate seeds.
  5. To a side, melt a pinch of salt in the pomegranate juice, then combine it to the extra virgin olive oil. Season the salad and serve it with some rye bread.
