7 zucchini

50 g grated vegan Grana cheese

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

40 g di wholemeal breadcrumbs

Clean and wash zucchini and onion, finely slice the zucchini with the mandolin and the onion to the veil, add the marjoram and the sifted flour, the hummus, the parmesan and work the mixture until the ingredients are mixed.

Form 4 burgers and pass them in the whole breadcrumbs.

Place in a non-stick pan with olive oil and cook on each side, turning gently with a spatula.

At the end of cooking, arrange on a plate, accompanied with a sprig of mixed salad.
