Barley with Radicchio and Cheese

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Rinse the barley and boil it in lightly salted water for about forty minutes on low to medium-low heat.
  2. Saute just before the barley is cooked, chopped garlic along with the marjoram and 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan for 2-3 minutes on medium-low heat, then add the radicchio finely sliced, salted and go again for 5 minutes
  3. Pour the barley well drained into the pan, let it briefly flavor, add the parsley and cheese cubes, check for salt and remove from heat after one to two minutes
