Colorful Spaghetti with Courgette Flowers, Zucchini and Cherry Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Thinly slice the zucchini. Cut the peeled courgette flowers and the tomatoes in half.
  2. Sautè the minced garlic cloves with 4 tablespoons oil and the cayenne pepper, then add the tomatoes and 4-5 basil leaves. Sautè them on a high heat for 5 minutes adding a few salt. Then add the zucchini and continue for 5 minutes, then remove from the heat.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti with salted water, and drain them 3 minutes before the ecpected cooking time.
  4. Put the spaghetti with some cooking water in the pan with the condiment and let them season for a few minutes on a high heat. Add more cooking water if needed and wait until the spaghetti are done. Lastly, add the courgette flowers and sautè them too for one minute. Remove from the stove and complete with a drizzle of olive oil, some basil leaves and salt and pepper,then serve.
