INGREDIENTS
- - 1 stalk of celery
- - 1 carrot
- - onion
- - Fresh ginger
- - chili pepper
- - Natural tofu Bio in Table
- - Tomato pulp rustic Tuscany Nature
- - Vegetable cream Soy & Soy
INSTRUCTIONS
- Finely chop the celery, carrot and onion and sauté.
- After 10 minutes, add the grated ginger and chilli.
- Reduce the tofu with a fork and add to the sautéed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then pour the tomato and cook for about 15 minutes or until you see the sauce thickens.
- If you want you can add at the end of cooking a vegetable cream.
