INGREDIENTS
- -400 g of pasta or pizzocheri (for coeliacs)
- -1 large broccoli
- -1 clove of garlic
- -4 tablespoons chopped walnuts or 80 g of grated parmesan or gruyere
- -2 tablespoons of olive oil
- -chili powder
- -salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mince the garlic and heat for 1 minute with a little oil and water in a pan.
- Wash the broccoli, divide them into small florets and add to the base with a little salt, oil, 1/2 glass of water.
- Allow to simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Prepare the pasta in plenty of water.
- When it is cooked, drain and mix with the broccoli.
- Serve immediately with a sprinkling of chopped walnuts or, if you prefer, seasoned with a little parmesan or Gruyere cheese and a pinch of chili powder.
