Spicy Spaghetti with Herbs, Crunchy Breadcrumbs and Pine Nuts

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Remove the crust from the bread and process the soft part with the drained sundried tomatoes. Season with 2-3 tablespoons oil, a pinch of salt and place it in a wide pan, stirring continuously to toast the bread.
  2. Boil the spaghetti with salted water
  3. In the meantime, peel and mince the herbs with a clove of garlic and some chilli pepper (a few of a whole one, according to your preference). Place the mixture in a bowl, add 3 tablespoons oil and let it season
  4. Drain the pasta with some of its water in the bowl, stir well and serve with some toasted bread crumbs and pine nuts on top.
