INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
- Pass the beans to the mill, then add the fresh goat cheese, flour, the crushed garlic clove and about 100 g of chopped spinach with your hands. Salt lightly and knead the dough for a few minutes, making it smooth.
- Form 8 burger and pass them in breadcrumbs (but beware: they tend to break. In case, you do smaller ones). Place them in a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes at 210 ° C or until they take a nice golden brown.
- Cook the spinach in a pan with the remaining 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a few tablespoons of water, pine nuts and a sprinkle of salt (or steam them and season them later).
- Roll out on the dishes a bed of spinach and lay over the burger after letting them cool slightly.
