INGREDIENTS
- - 4 oat sandwiches
- - 200 g of piattoni peas
- - 2 tablespoons soy, cream
- - 2 tablespoons oil
- - basil
- - salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Steam the peas for about 10 minutes. Let them cool and then blend them with the soy cream, oil and a pinch of salt
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl, flavour with chopped basil leaves and stir. Then stuff the sandwiches with the pea cream
