Seitan non Tonnè with Mayonnaise and Capers Cream - Healthy Recipes 2013

  1. Cut the seitan into thin slices and let it flavor in oil and shoyu in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  2. Pour into a blender the oils, milk, cream and lemon juice, add the saffron and salt, mustard to taste and blend for about 20 seconds.
  3. Arrange the slices of seitan on a dish in a single layer, cover with cream and garnish with capers.
