INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Blanch the tofu for 5 minutes, let it cool and cut into slices about 3 mm.
  2. In a bowl mix the remaining ingredients.
  3. In a bowl, place the tofu in lower layers by distributing each of the dressing.
  4. Leave the flavor in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
