INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a frying pan, cook the onion in a little oil to fire a minimum, set aside and let cool.
  2. Roughly chop the seitan, fry in a pan on high heat with a little oil and shoyu, set it aside and let it cool.
  3. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and not too fine.
  4. Adjust if necessary with oil and shoyu and prepare the croutons.
