INGREDIENTS
- - 300 grams of seitan natural Bio In Tavola
- - 1 red onion, chopped
- - 1 clove garlic, minced
- - 30 grams of chopped capers desalted Il Nutrimento
- - 50 grams of chopped green olives Il Nutrimento
- - 1 tablespoon black olive paste The Nourishment
- - 1 tablespoon of cream of sun-dried tomatoes / pesto or red Probios
- - 2 tablespoons shoyu Probios
- - pepper
- - 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil Natura Toscana
- - Toasted Tuscan bread.
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a frying pan, cook the onion in a little oil to fire a minimum, set aside and let cool.
- Roughly chop the seitan, fry in a pan on high heat with a little oil and shoyu, set it aside and let it cool.
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and not too fine.
- Adjust if necessary with oil and shoyu and prepare the croutons.
