INGREDIENTS
- - 100g of boiled chickpeas
- - 100 g almonds
- - 90 g of brown sugar
- - 80 g of rice flour
- - 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Whisk the chickpeas well reducing them to puree and arrange in a bowl.
- Chop the almonds in a food processor with the brown sugar.
- Mix the almonds to the mashed chickpeas, together with the rice flour and oil; if necessary add a little water. At the end give a cylindrical shape to the dough and cut it into thick slices about an abundant half centimeter obtaining cookies.
- Arrange the biscuits on a pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes, turning them once halfway through cooking.
