INGREDIENTS
- - 1 of 850 g can of peaches in syrup
- - 2 teaspoons (4g) of Probios' agar agar powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend the content of the can (both fruit and syrup) in a food processer to obtain a smooth and liquid cream.
- In a bowl, add the agar-agar and the peach cream and bring to a boil stirring with a whisk.
- Once it starts boiling, remove from the stove and pour the cream in an at least 6cm high casserole
- Store it for 2 hours in the fridge, then serve
