INGREDIENTS
- - 200 g ricotta cheese
- - 100g greek yogurt
- - 2 grapefruits
- - 200g pineapple
- - 4 walnuts
- - 80g acacia honey
- - 1 tablespoon rum
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, whisk the ricotta cheese and the honey, until you obtain a foamy consistency. If you want, add the liqueur and whisk it to completely absorb. Then, add the greek yogurt, combining it carefully using a soft spatula, not to deflate the batter.
- Distribute the foam into 4 cups and place them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Peel the grapefruits and slice them thinly; do the same with the pineapple, removing the harder central part. Then, decorate the plates with a mosaic of pineapple and grapefruit slices and sprinkle some crushed walnuts on top.
- Complete the dessert serving the foamy ricotta on a side, and let your guests place it on fruit to their taste.
