INGREDIENTS

- - 250 g ricotta cheese
- - 70 g of dark chocolate
- - 50 g of honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the orange obtaining about 8 thin slices, then spread them with a thin layer of honey and put them to dry in an oven at 70 ° C for forty minutes.
- Sift the ricotta to remove any granules, then stir in the remaining honey and mount the mixture with a hand whisk. Put the ricotta to rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler until the sauce is smooth, possibly stretch it with a little water if you want a more fluid consistency.
- Form 4 or 8 quenelle of cottage cheese with overlapping 2 tablespoons or use a pastry bag, place them in the dessert dishes, arrange the orange slices on or near the dish and finish the dessert pouring melted chocolate.
