INGREDIENTS
- Ingredients for 400g of dough:
- - 250g type 0 wheat flour
- - 20g rice flour
- - 130g spalmolio
- - 100g brown sugar
- - 1 tablespoon elderflower syrup
- - A pinch of turmeric powder
- - 5g yeast
- - 3 tablespoons Mixed Seeds WELLNESS
- - A pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients (besides 1 tablespoon of seeds) and try to knead it as least as possible. If the dough looks too dry, add more elderflower syrup of cold water, a little at a time.
- Once the dough is done, create a 5cm wide cylinder and cover it with parchment paper. Let it sit in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, then slice it into 1cm high slices.
- Place the biscuits on a tray covered with parchment paper and decorate with the remaining mixed seeds. Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes and let it cool down in the oven.
