Shortcrust Pastry Biscuits with Elderflower and Mixed Seeds


INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients (besides 1 tablespoon of seeds) and try to knead it as least as possible. If the dough looks too dry, add more elderflower syrup of cold water, a little at a time.
  2. Once the dough is done, create a 5cm wide cylinder and cover it with parchment paper. Let it sit in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, then slice it into 1cm high slices.
  3. Place the biscuits on a tray covered with parchment paper and decorate with the remaining mixed seeds. Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes and let it cool down in the oven.
