INGREDIENTS
- -2 pears
- -25g butter
- -the juice of half a lemon
- -50g brown sugar
- -1 pinch cinnamon powder
- -2 panettone slices
- -powdered sugar
- -1 handful of pistachios
- -custard ice cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the pears and slice them into thick slices. Pour lemon juice on top.
- Heat the butter in a non stick pan and add the pear with their juice. Let them simmer for a few minutes, then add the cinnamon and the sugar. Cook until the sugar starts caramelizing.
- Meanwhile, toast the Panettone slice in the oven with the grill, until they become golden.
- Place each slice on the plates and cover it with the caramelized pears.
- Finish with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and chopped pistachios. Slice every panettone pizza into 3 slice and, if you want, serve every portion with some vanilla ice cream. You can replicate this recipe also with Pandoro.
