INGREDIENTS
- - 250g spelled flour
- - 500 g apples
- - 100 g of brown sugar
- - 10 nuts
- - 2 tablespoons soy yogurt
- - 1 glass of soy, milk
- - ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- - 1 pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Knead the spelled flour with the soy milk, the yogurt, brown sugar, baking powder and salt obtaining a well-kneaded dough, neither hard nor soft. In case, adjust the consistency by adding more soy milk.
- Roll out the dough into a baking pan covered with baking paper, making sure that the dough has a thickness of about half a centimeter.
- Peel and cut the apples into small pieces, add the chopped nuts and place everything on the entire surface of the pasta into the pan. Bake the cake in a moderate oven at 180 ° C for about half an hour or so.
