INGREDIENTS
- - 150 g of blueberries
- - 140 g of wheat flour
- - 120 g of sugar
- - 80 g of white flour
- - 60 g of potato starch
- - 60 ml of corn oil
- - 2 eggs
- - 1 tablespoon orange zest
- - 1 teaspoon of baking powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix in a bowl the whole wheat flour, white flour and starch.
- Whisk the eggs with the sugar and the yeast. When they are foamy, add the oil and blend again for a few seconds.
- Stir the liquid mixture to the flour, stirring carefully. For the last add the blueberries and the orange zest.
- Pour the mixture into the loaf pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 ° C for about 50 minutes. Let cool, then take out gently from the mold and place on a rack to cool.
