INGREDIENTS
- - 5 tangerines
- - 200 g of quark cheese
- - 120 g of dry biscuits
- - 2 eggs
- - 100 ml of cream
- - 80 g of sugar
- - 50 g of dark chocolate
- - 30 g of butter
- - 5 leaves of gelatine for sweets
- - 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate tails
- - 1.5 tablespoons of liqueur, mandarin
INSTRUCTIONS
- Crumble the biscuits and mix with the softened butter. Spread the mixture on the bottom of 6 little glasses forming a copmact layer of 1 cm by pressing.. Harden the whole thing in the fridge.
- Grate the zest of 2 tangerines and squeeze the juice in a bowl. Peel 2 more mandarins, cutting the flesh into small pieces.
- Soak the gelatin in the tangerine juice, then transfer to a saucepan and let it dissolve on a minimum flame.
- Mix well with an electric mixer the quark cheese, 2 egg yolks, 60 g sugar, cream and liqueur. Then add the juice with gelatin, the flesh cutted into small pieces and the mandarin zest. At I the end incorporate the egg whites You stiffed with the remaining sugar.
- Fill the cups with the mixture leaving a space for decoration. Place them in the freezer for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Dip the segments of a tangerine half in the chocolate melted in a double boiler. Put them on wax paper until the chocolate hardens. Decorate each glass with these wedges and a sprinkling of chocolate flakes.
