  • - 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Chop the biscuits and grind into powder. Add cinnamon and nutmeg. Melt the butter without boiling, take off the heat, add the biscuits and spices. Mix well.
  2. Line a baking tray with a removable the bottom from a diameter of about 20 cm with parchment paper, butter it and place the dough on the bottom spreading it evenly with your fingers. refrigerate at least half an hour.
  3. Prepare the filling. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Beat the eggs and sugar. Add a little at a time, stirring constantly, the melted chocolate, flour and cottage cheese. Heat oven to 180 ° C.
