INGREDIENTS
- 8 biscuits flowers Yogurt Rice Rice & Rice
- 8 biscuits Flowers Chocolate Rice Rice & Rice
- 4 fresh fruits of season to taste
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup of plain yogurt Latterie Friuliane
- 160 grams of fresh cheese
- 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
- Almonds Probios q.b.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Coarsely chop the white cookies and create the bottom layer in the glass.
- Cut the fruit into pieces and create the second layer.
- Mix the cheese with sugar and yogurt and pour a layer in the glasses.
- Repeat, alternating with the chocolate chip cookies, fruit and yogurt cream. Decorate with chopped almonds.
