INGREDIENTS
- - 850 g of grapes
- - 250 g of sugar
- - 1 sprig of thyme
INSTRUCTIONS
- Gather together in a bowl with a lid the grapes and sugar, stir and let marinate for 12 hours. Stir again for 2-3 times in regular intervals.
- Drain the fruit and pour the juice into a saucepan, then let it restrict on the stove for about twenty minutes.
- In thge meanwhile squeeze the lemon and prepare with a cheesecloth a bundle with thyme, seeds and half of the lemon juice without the rind. At the end, close it with kitchen twine.
- Add the lemon juice to the now caramelized syrup, the grapes and gauze bag, continue for 10 minutes at this point and lift up the bag, squeeze it, and after 5 minutes remove from heat.
- Pour the jam into jars, close them, turn them upside down for vacuum and let them cool in this position.
