Peaches Souffle

INGREDIENTS
  • - 3 peaches
  • - 1 teaspoon of agar agar
  • - 4 cups of grape juice
  • - 4 C. of kuzu
  • - 2 C. malted barley
  • - 2 C. apple juice
  • - 1 cup of strawberries
  • - 1/4 c. of salt
  • - 2 c. lemon juice
  • - 1/2 cup toasted and chopped hazelnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Slice the peaches.
  2. Put the agar agar in a pot with 4 cups of grape juice and boil.
  3. Then lower the heat and continue to simmer for 10 minutes until the agar agar is dissolved.
  4. Dilute the malted barley with 2 C. apple juice.
  5. Add the kuzu and mix well, pour in the water of the agar agar and boil, stirring constantly.
  6. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until the complete densification.
  7. Pass the mold under cold water and pour in the soufflé.
  8. Let cool and place on a serving dish.
