INGREDIENTS
- - 3 peaches
- - 1 teaspoon of agar agar
- - 4 cups of grape juice
- - 4 C. of kuzu
- - 2 C. malted barley
- - 2 C. apple juice
- - 1 cup of strawberries
- - 1/4 c. of salt
- - 2 c. lemon juice
- - 1/2 cup toasted and chopped hazelnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice the peaches.
- Put the agar agar in a pot with 4 cups of grape juice and boil.
- Then lower the heat and continue to simmer for 10 minutes until the agar agar is dissolved.
- Dilute the malted barley with 2 C. apple juice.
- Add the kuzu and mix well, pour in the water of the agar agar and boil, stirring constantly.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir until the complete densification.
- Pass the mold under cold water and pour in the soufflé.
- Let cool and place on a serving dish.
